Can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription and close the account at any time you can send an email to us at business@lokaly.in from your registered email id.

Do I need GST no. to register on Lokaly?

No, GST no. is not mandatory to register on Lokaly. In case your establishment is registered with GST and you want a GST invoice then we would advice you to register with us with your GST number & certificate.

How are the packages different from each other?

Lokaly provides three types of plans:
1. Basic Edition
2. Business Edition
3. Premium Edition

Each plan currently limits the number of Buyers you can add. In the Basic and Business plan, you can add 100 and 500 Buyers respectively. And there is no cap for the number of Buyers in the Premium edition. We provide 24/5 email support for the Basic and Business edition clients. For Premium edition clients additional 24/7 phone support is available.

How do I sign-up to Lokaly?

You can use Lokaly Seller App or Lokaly website for registration. In the app, click on ‘Contact us for registration’ or fill the form directly from here: register.

How does Lokaly work for me?

Lokaly works for you in multiple way. Lokaly offers you an opportunity to create an online marketplace and/ or just manage your transaction. The way you want to use Lokaly for your business is up to you.

  1. You can open a ‘Khata’ for a customer whom you have extended Credit. The credit limit can be set both on amount and period.
  2. You can choose to add Items in your store or choose to import the items from our master list. You can further choose to customize or change as per your need.
  3. You & your customer can keep track of all the transactions done by viewing the Khata entries
  4. Customers can open their app and chooses one or more items from your store, and places the order. You have the ability to accept or reject the order based on your store policy.
How quickly can I begin accepting orders?

You can start accepting orders as soon as you are on-boarded to the Lokaly platform. Our aim is to have you on our platform as soon as possible.

How will my Buyers find me on Lokaly?

If you’ve added any Buyer in your khata / account, your store name will be displayed on the Dashboard of the app for the Buyer.

Is my store a good fit?

If your store belongs to any one of these Categories, then Lokaly is the platform for you!

What are my benefits as a Seller with Lokaly?

Lokaly is the gateway between you and your Customers. Your items will be featured to thousands of Buyers around the city. You can also replace your traditional bahi-khata and transform it into a digital ledger cashbook with a lot of great features. This reduces your effort to tally your khata book at the end of the month and also eliminates any errors.

What are the subscription charges to use Lokaly?

Lokaly is available in three different editions – BASIC, BUSINESS and PREMIUM.

What is Lokaly?

Lokaly is a solution for Sellers and Buyers where Sellers can manage their khata /account and Buyers online through Lokaly Seller App. Buyers can order from their favourite stores within their vicinity through Lokaly.

What is the limit on Buyers that I can add as a Seller?

Each plan currently limits the number of Customers you can add. In the Basic and Business plan, you can add 200 and 500 Customers respectively. The number customers will include all those which you have closed too. And there is no cap for the number of Buyers in the Premium edition.

Can I order items through Lokaly?

Yes, you can. You can tap on the store and see all the items that the store sells on Lokaly. You can choose one or more items from the store and place the order.

Do I have to pay anything to use Lokaly?

No, you don’t have to pay anything to use the Lokaly app. You can download our app for free from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

How can I open khata with a seller?

You can download the Lokaly app and see nearby stores. You must contact the Seller directly to open a khata / account with them.

How can I view my transactions (Khata & Payments)?

As soon as any Seller opens your khata / account, it’ll be shown on your dashboard. You can tap on the added store and your transactions will be shown with the total amount due.

How do I find my local stores on Lokaly?

After logging in, you can see the local stores on your dashboard. If the Seller has approved your khata / account at their store, it’ll be displayed first on your dashboard.

How do I pay for my Order?

The payments are handled directly by the Sellers and will depend upon the khata / account limit and facilities given to the Buyer. All payment entries will be done by the Seller in the khata / account and you will be able to view such transactions through the Lokaly app.

How do I sign-up to Lokaly?

You can download the Lokaly app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and register using your mobile no. and email id.

How does Lokaly work for me?

1. You open the app, choose one or more items from your favourite store, and place the order.
2. The store owner (Seller) will confirm your order if acceptable. If your khata is running in that store, then this entry will be made in your khata / account.
3. You can self-pick your order from the store or the store delivery boy will deliver your order at your doorstep. In cases where the Store doesn’t have the delivery boy, you will need to pick-up your goods.

What are my benefits as a Customer with Lokaly?

Lokaly is a gateway between you and the local Sellers nearby. You can order from the store and see your khata details and due amount in the Lokaly app.

What if I have an issue with a transaction?

The transactions or khata entries will be made by the Seller and are out of purview of Lokaly. Lokaly will not be responsible, directly or indirectly for any kind of transactions or khata / account entries. Any dispute or discrepancy in the transaction will be addressed by the Seller and Buyer mutually.

Who delivers my Order?

You can self-pick your order from the store. The store may also deliver your order at your doorstep if they choose to. Extra charges may applicable for this and will be decided by the Seller.
